Today’s Google doodle is brilliant! Dedicated to the legendary american guitarist/inventor Les Paul who sadly passed away in 2009. It had us spending around 10 minutes trying to get a good tune out of it. Best Google doodle yet.

New Site Updates / AND Studio / 2011
-
It’s been a while sorry for the radio silence. Will do better in the coming days/weeks/months/years. For now enjoy some website updates.
We’ve just received our stamps for the newly designed A.N.D studio stationery. They look great and arrived in less than 24hrs from a great company in London. Can’t wait to use them properly - everything will be getting stamped!
I’m sure you’re shocked by recent events in Japan. We’ve been trying to think of a way to help in some small way - so we’ve designed a special limited edition print simply entitled ‘Japan’. The print is available for sale through the our shop /gallery - Editions of 100.
100% of all proceeds from sales will be donated to the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal. The poster will be Litho printed and available in B2 size.
Justin Hobson from Fenner paper has very kindly donated the paper needed for the print. (http://www.fennerpaper.co.uk)
We realise this is a very small way that we may help those affected. Hopefully people will get behind this and we can raise some funds for the appeal. Please take a look and if you like it - buy it!

Pulp Paper / Kent Lynons /2011
Just received this lovely book in the post today. ‘Pulp Paper’ is the result of a research project about paper and how paper is made, it’s also filled with a series of discussions from designers, paper manufacturers & printers about their thoughts on paper. The book it beautifully designed by London based Kent Lyons and smells absolutely wonderful.
It’s informative and good looking, a great combination. A must buy for all design or paper enthusiasts.
